液化石油氣罐

　　液化石油氣是以C3、C4為主要成分的烴類混合物。其臨界壓力較低，臨界溫度較高，沸點較低，因而液化石油氣在常溫常壓下呈氣態。為了便于儲存和輸送，只需把它升高壓力或降低溫度就可成為液體。

　　液化石油氣作為一種化工基礎原料和生產、生活用燃料，受到人們的重視。在化工生產方面，液化石油氣經過分離得到乙烯、丙烯、丁烯、丁二烯等，用來生產合成塑料、合成橡膠、合成纖維及生產醫藥、炸藥、染料等產品。用液化石油氣作燃料，由于其熱值高，無煙塵，無炭渣，操作使用方便，已廣泛用于替代汽油，作汽車燃料和民用生活燃料。此外，液化石油氣還用于切割金屬，用于農產品的烘烤和工業窯爐的焙燒等。

　　Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tank

　　Liquefied petroleum gas is a kind of mixture of hydrocarbons with the main components C3 and C4. It has a low critical pressure, high critical temperature and low boiling point, so liquefied petroleum gas is in a state of gas under atmospheric temperature and atmospheric pressure. In order to store and transport it, raise its pressure or decrease the temperature to change it into liquid.

　　As a kind of chemical material and fuel used in manufacturing and life, liquefied petroleum gas has been paid much attention to. In production of chemical industry, ethene, propene, butane and butadiene can be separated from liquefied petroleum gas which can be used to produce synthetic plastics, synthetic rubber, synthetic fiber and medicine, explosives, dyestuff and other products. As a kind of fuel, liquefied petroleum gas has been widely used to replace the gasoline for its high heat value, no smog and dust and no carbonresidue. Besides, liquefied petroleum gas is also used to cut metals, bake agricultural products and roast industrial furnace.
